An Initial Consultation to Design meeting is the transition point from initial ideas to choosing and modifying architectural plan. Held shortly after the first general consultation, this session dives deep into the specifics of the home, allowing the builder and designer to translate the client's vision into a plan.

Construction Management Consultation

This consultation will help clarify your goals, and ensure both parties are on the same page. A Construction Management meeting will typically be a recurring meeting (often weekly) that provides the client with a progress updates, a review of the schedule and an opportunity to discuss any potential issues or necessary changes.
