Cameron is a Co-founder/Onsite Project Manager of Bouwhuis Builders, LLC, an ADU/Tiny Home Building company focused on high-quality, efficient, and thoughtfully designed living spaces. With years of experience running an electrical small business, Cameron brings a strong foundation to every project, ensuring systems are safe, efficient and built to last.
In addition to electrical expertise, Cameron has hands-on experience in construction and project management, overseeing builds from planning through completion. This combined background allows for clear communication, accurate timelines and attention to detail at every state of the build.
Passionate about practical, affordable housing solutions, Cameron is committed to helping clients create tiny homes that are functional, comfortable and tailored to their lifestyle.
Landon Bouwhuis/Co-Founder
Technical Success Manager
Landon is a Co-Founder/Tech Success Manager for Bouwhuis Builders, LLC, who thrives on guiding clients through the intricacies of bringing their unique visions to life. His background bridges the gap between innovative design and technical feasibility, ensuring a smooth process.
He serves as the primary technical liaison, providing expert consultation on everything from navigating local zoning regulations and permitting requirements to optimizing designs for structural integrity, energy, efficiency and build cost. His focus is on proactive problem-solving and clear communication, translating specs into understandable steps for both clients and the build team.
His goal is to streamline the entire project lifecycle with confidence and clarity. He is committed to delivering not just a successful build but a seamless and positive client experience.

Admin/Financial Manager
With Moana’s extensive background in mortgage lending and administrative operations, she’s dedicated her career to helping individuals and businesses build stable, sustainable futures. As a mortgage officer, she’s worked to expand access to homeownership in a challenging market by guiding clients through complex financial decisions with clarity and care.
In addition to supporting homebuyers, she has helped companies establish and grow their businesses by providing strong financial oversight, administrative structure, and process-driven solutions. Her work is grounded in accuracy, organization and a belief that thoughtful planning creates real opportunity.
As an ADU/Tiny Home Business Owner, she values efficiency, intentional living, and making smart use of resources and principles that shape both her professional approach and the way she serves her clients.
